Basic Mountain Biking Course

In this basic course we will learn the necessary techniques to be able to ride a bike in the mountains in a safe way and fully enjoy this incredible sport.

To start we will give you a short theoretical and practical class on the basic mechanics of the bicycle and how to adapt it to yourself for better performance.

Then we will do a 20-kilometer tour where we will practice all the techniques of bicycle driving in addition to enjoying the incredible scenery that the base of the Nevado de Toluca and the lagoons that we will find along the route provide us.

What to Bring

  • Sun cream of at least factor 30
  • Bicycle, recently serviced

  • Cycling shoes or comfortable trainers
  • Complete change of clothes
  • Neck scarf / Buff
  • Comfortable shirt and trousers, preferably made of synthetic fibres and not cotton, including jeans.
