Actopan

Descend the 10 kilometres of the river, Actopan by raft, with (easy) grade II and III water from Descabezadero to Actopan. With the water clear and warm, there will be much fun.

What to Bring

  • Towel
  • Sun cream of at least factor 30
  • Windproof top
  • Sleeping bag
  • Insect repellent
  • Clothes to sleep in
  • Wash kit
  • Two complete changes of clothes
  • Mountain coat
  • Comfortable shirt and trousers, preferably made of synthetic fibres and not cotton, including jeans.
  • Large bag for your wet clothes at the end of the descent
  • Additional pair of old trainers for use on the water. They will get completely wet.
  • Socks (a few pairs)

Optional

  • Hat
  • For those who use glasses, cord to firmly tie glasses
  • Waterproof trousers of lycra leggings
  • Watershoes or sandals with ankle straps
  • Waterproof camera or camera in a waterproof case
